Rational Rose and WindowsBlinds don't play fair together.

I've been trying to get rational rose to startup under windowsblinds but to no avail. I've tried the 'exclude' function under "Change the look of an app" but it does not work for rational.

The only way I can get it to run is to unload WB first, boot up rational and then boot up WB. However this doesn't apply all of WB skin changes.

Is there a more effective way of doing this or is this bug that cannot be fixed?
